Fault Tree Analysis on Explosion When Working in Confined Space of Chemical Equipment

运用事故树分析法分析了引起设备内有限空间作业爆炸的各种原因和环节,建立了相应的事故树图,得出了最小割集和各基本事件的结构重要系数.通过对基本事件的结构重要度进行分析,提出了预防设备内有限空间作业爆炸事故的对策,同时给出了具体的预防措施.

All kinds of reasons and links which cause explosion in confined space were analyzed by using FTA method, the corresponding fault tree was set up, the minimum cut sets and coefficients of structm＇e importance were got. According to the analysis on the structure importance of basic events, the countermeasures to prevent explosion in confined space were put forward and the concrete measures were also presented.
