自拟活血除淋汤治疗截瘫患者尿路感染100例

The treatment of 100 cases of paraplegic patients with urinary tract infection with the HXCL chinese medicine

目的：观察截瘫患者尿路感染用活血除淋汤的临床疗效。方法：将158例尿路感染患者随机分成两组,对照组58例采用常规西医抗炎、补液及对症治疗,治疗组100例在常规西医治疗基础上配合中医活血除淋汤治疗,并将两组治疗效果、疗程进行比较。结果：对照组治疗有效率93.1%,治疗组有效率98%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：活血除淋汤配合西医常规抗炎补液治疗尿路感染能提高治疗有效率,缩短病程。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the HXCL chinese medicine for treatment the paraplegic patients with urinary tract infection. Methods ：Then comparing the clinical efficacy and the course of treatment of the two groups. Randomly dividing the 158 cases of urinary tract infections into two groups, the first group, with 58 cases of Patients, were treated with conventional Western medicine as anti -inflammatory drug therapy, rehydration therapy and symptomatic treatment, the second group, with 100 cases of patients,in addition to the conventional Western medicine therapy, they are treated with the HXCL chinese medicine. Results： The Effi- ciency of the first group treatment is 93.1%, the second group is98%, the two groups are significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： The HXCL chinese medicine, with conventional Western medicine as anti - inflammatory drug therapy, rehydration therapy of urinary tract infection rehydration therapy, can improve the efficiency of urinary tract infection treatment, and shorten the course of disease.
