An Exploration of the New Practice Mode for Marketing Majors in Vocational Colleges

摘要 传统市场营销实践模式主要分为依托课堂教学和校外实践两种模式。针对这两种模式的优缺点,提出"4+1"模式,即1是以学校实践基地为立足点,4即包括改革课堂教学内容、提升教师实战指导能力、完善学生能力评估体系、建立校外专家联系制度等子系统。作为一种崭新的培养模式,市场营销专业的实践模式可从转变观念、注重实践内容、提升教师实战能力等方面不断提高和探索。 Traditional marketing practice mode is mainly divided into classroom teaching mode and the mode of outside campus practice. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of these two modes, the "4+1 "mode is proposed. "1" refers to basing on the campus practice base and "4" includes changing the classroom teaching content, improving teachers' ability of practical instructions, completing students' ability evaluation system and establishing the system of outside campus experts connection and other subsystems. As a new education mode, practice mode of marketing can be improved and explored from changing the concept, valuing the practice-oriented content, enhancing the practical ability of the teachers.
