宁波市外来务工人员培训情况研究:现状与思考

Research of Ningbo migrant workers training situation: Present Situation and Thinking

宁波经济的高速发展,吸引了大量的外来务工人员,外来务工人员已是宁波市经济和社会发展的一支重要建设力量,而且在城乡协调发展中扮演着非常重要的角色。然而他们中不少人由于学历低、高职业技能缺乏、劳动收入低的,不仅影响到他们的社会生存状况,同时也制约他们在经济社会发展中更大作用的发挥。因此,根据外来务工人员的需求,加强对他们的教育培训工作,并建立有效的培训管理机制十分重要。

Rapid economic development in Ningbo attracts a large number of migrant workers. The migrant workers play an important role in Ningbo＇s economic and social development. However, most of them are very low educated, lacked of high-vocational skills and low-labor income, which not only affects the living conditions of them, but also restricts their economic and social development. Therefore, it＇s urgent to enhance their education and training and establish an effective training mechanism in accordance with the needs of migrant workers.
