摘要
介绍氧化铝陶瓷的晶体结构、工艺及性能,探讨耐磨刚玉陶瓷的硬度及耐磨性、氧化铝陶瓷加入微量物料后改性成耐磨刚玉陶瓷的主要性能及耐磨性以及两者性价比。从而使生产出越来越多的耐磨刚玉制品应用到洗煤厂的各磨损部件中,大大地减少设备维修次数,降低材料消耗,经济效益显著。
The crystal structure, technology and performance of alumina ceramic is firstly introduced, but its hardness and wearability can not meet the requirement of dense medium coal selecting technology. However, with adding a small amount of additives, the alumina ceramic changes the performance to be wearable corundum ceramic, the author analyzes the property and wearability of new material, as well as the performance price ratio of the two. The wearable corundum devices are used in the wear parts, which reduce greatly the times of equipment maintenance, and decline the material consuming, moreover, the economic benefit is excellent.
