摘要
本实验建立了湖泊水体中阴离子(F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO24-)的测定,采用抑制电导离子色谱法,分离和检测出水样中的阴离子。色谱条件为IonPac AS9-HC阴离子分离柱(4 mm×250 mm),IonPac AG9-HC阴离子保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)。以流速为1 mL/min、流动相为9.0 mmol/L Na2CO3及36.0 mmol/L H2SO4,实验所得RSD值分别为3.64、2.58、4.99、3.46,平均回收率分别为104.5%、100.8%、101.8%、104.4%,线性良好,具有很好的重现性和较低的检出限。
The ion chromatography is adopted to determine and separate anions in the lake water, including F^-, Cl^-, NO3^- , SO24^2 the chromatographic condition are as follows:IonPac AS9-HC anion separation column (4 mm × 250 mm) , and IonPac AG9-HC anion protection column (4 mm ×50 mm). The mobile phase consists of 9.0mmol/L Na2CO3 and 36.0mmol/L H2SO4 with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The result show that the RSD are 3.64,2.58,4.99,3.46 ,and the average recoveries are 104.5% , 100.8%, 101.8% , 104.4% respectively ,finally, the good linearity of the ion chromatography method with better reproducibility and low detection limit was demonstrated
