糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血糖及其各组分之间的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖(FPG)及其各组分之间的关系及临床意义。方法分别使用D-10糖化血红蛋白分析仪和日立7170全自动生化分析仪对210例糖尿病患者进行糖化血红蛋白及FPG的检测。结果糖化血红蛋白可被检测出HbAla、HbAlb、HbAlc、LAlc/CHb-1及血红蛋白F(HbF)等不同组分。糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白其主要成分是HbAlc,与FPG呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.865、P<0.005),HbAlc与糖化血红蛋白其他组分HbAla、HbAlb、LAlc/CHb-1、HbF也呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论HbAlc及糖化血红蛋白其他各组分HbAla、HbAlb、LAlc/CHb-1、HbF对糖尿病患者病情监测及疗效评估有重要意义。 Objective To study the different components of glycosylated hemaglobin and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods In 210 patients with DM,glycosylated hemaglobin and FPG were measured by D-10 glycosylated hemaglobin analyzer and Hitachi 7170 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Glycosylated hemoglobin can be detected by HbAla,HbAlb,HbAlc,LAlc/CHb-I,HbF different compo- nents. Glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes by major components of HbAlc was positively correlated with FPG(r=0. 865 ,P〈0. 005). HbAlc with glycosylated hemoglobin of other components HbAla, HbAlb,LAlc/ CHb-1 ,HbF was also a positive correlation (P〈0. 005). Conclusion HbAlc and glycosylated hemoglobin of other components HbAla, HbAlb, LAlc/CHb-1, HbF for DM patients by monitoring and evaluation has the great significance.
