13例原发性腹膜后肿瘤的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumors:13 cases report

目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年本院收治的13例原发性腹膜后肿瘤诊断及治疗。结果13例患者均行手术治疗,其中肿瘤全部切除12例(92.3%),全部切除中联合脏器切除2例(15.4%),部分切除1例(7.69%),无手术死亡。结论为提高原发性腹膜后肿瘤手术切除率,术前要有较详细的B超及CT检查,盲目的探查手术是不可取的。手术切除是最有效的治疗手段,当肿瘤侵犯包绕下腔静脉不易剥离时,可切除部分下腔静脉,必要时可用人造血管替代。

Objective To analyze the clinical situation and operation of Primary Retroperitoneal Tumors （PRT）. Methods Retrospective analysis of the diagnose and treatment for the 13 cases of the patients with primary retroperitionl tumor in our hospital from 2003 to 2008. Results Among the 13 cases,12 cases were completely resected（92.3%） ,2 cases by combined organ resection（15.4%） ;1 cases by tumor partial resection（7.69%）. No one died after operation. Conclusion In order to improve the resection rate, careful inspection should be taken before op- eration, such as CT, ultrasound, etc. Unprepared exploration is not encouraged. The most effective way is to cut off the tumors by operation. When the vein in lower cavity is aggressed by the tumors and the mass is diffecute to resect,part of the vein could be cut off. , And man--made organ can be used when necessary.
