摘要
为了得到空间弯曲件成形特点和变形规律,本文对螺旋盘管滚弯成形过程进行了分析研究。在建立的空间弯曲成形的理论模型基础上,依据三维弹塑性大变形动态分析理论,以大型商用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA为分析工具,对弯曲成形过程中的边界条件进行了合理处理,实现了成形辊轮在空间位置的自由移动和转动,建立了螺旋盘管滚弯成形的有限元模型。
In order for the deforming characteristics and rules of space bending parts, the rolling bending technique of spiral tube has been analyzed and researched, and the theory model of space bending deforming has been set up. According to three-dimension (3D) elastic-plastic dynamic analytical theory, the border conditions have been dealt with in the bending forming process of the spiral tube rationally. Meanwhile, the movement and rotation of rollers have been realized freely in space. The finite element model ( FEM ) has been established by using commercial FEM analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.
