On the System of Limiting the Officers' Private Rights in Anti-corruption and Building a Clean Government

隐私权是自然人所享有的人格权中的一项重要内容,一般情况下是受到法律严格保护的。政府官员隐私权的保护与普通自然人隐私权的保护存在差别,有其特殊性。从制度上对政府官员的隐私权加以限制,强化对权力的监督,是对反腐倡廉建设的一个有益尝试。

Private fights are the main contents of the personality right owned by a natural person. Commonly it is protected by the law. But the protection of the officers＇ private rights and the protection of a natural person＇s make differences. This paper has pointed out that the officers＇ private fights should be limited in the system to enforce the supervision of the power, which can be a beneficial attempt in the anti - corruption and building a clean government.
