保安族女童的教育问题,深层次上说是一个社会问题。存在的主要现象是:女童入学率低、入学后的巩固率低、女童的文化素质低以及辍学率高,而且年级越高,辍学失学率越高。从社会性别角度探究了保安族女童辍学失学的根本原因,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的对策和建议。

The education of Baoan girls essentially is a social problem. The main phenomena are： the low enrollment rate, low retention after school, low cultural quality and high drop- out rate, what＇s more, in the higher grade, the higher drop -out rate. This paper has explored the root causes of school drop - out of Baoan girls from a gender perspective, focused on the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
