摘要
建设和谐社会离不开司法的和谐。和谐司法是律师的神圣职责。在办理诉讼与非诉讼业务领域律师要为和谐司法发挥独特作用。
The construction of harmonious ,society can not do without the harmonious judicature, which is the sacred obligation for lawyer. In the field of lawsuit and non-lawsuit cases, lawyers should give full play to the unique role of harmonious judicature.
