＂Hand muss Hand wahren＂ is a legal system based on possession. Generally speaking, Hand muss Hand wahren is from the system of acquisition in good faith. But Hand muss Hand wahren is the effect of Gewere, and the aim of acquisition in good faith is to protect business transaction security.
