摘要
执行力是新建高职院校队伍建设的核心竞争力。本文从分析新建高职院校队伍提升执行力的重要性和紧迫性出发,深入分析了新建高职院校队伍执行力的现状和基本原因,并根据决定新建高职院校队伍执行力的关键要素,提出抓住关键,构建执行型队伍,有效促进新建高职院校战略的执行和目标的实现。
Executive ability is the core competitiveness of team building in newly-merged or newly-established technical colleges. Following an analysis of the importance and urgency of improving executive ability of team building in those colleges, this paper examines the present state of executive ability and primary, reasons for it. Based on an analysis of the key factors determining executive ability, this paper proposes building an executive team by keeping to those points to promote the execution of strategies and realization of goals.
