高职大学生党建工作的针对性和实效性研究

Targets and efficiency of Party-building work towards technicl college students

高职大学生党建工作既是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分,又是高职大学生思想政治教育的重要载体。本文总结了高职大学生党建工作的特点,对加强高职大学生党建工作的针对性、实效性以及新时期高职大学生党建工作模式进行了初步探讨。

The Party-building work towards technical college students takes up an important part of the colleges＇ party-building as a whole; in addition, it acts as an important carrier of the students＇ ideological and political education. This paper is based on the experience of practical work in the vocational college to summarize the characteristics of the vocational college students＇ party building work. Moreover, combining the subject with the Scientific Outlook on Development, it also considers theoretically how to strengthen what the Party building is targeted at and how the builder achieves it effectively in the new period.
