摘要 基于三电平逆变器冗余电压矢量的不同处理方式,提出了一种准双极性的三电平空间电压矢量调制方案。推导出用于空间电压矢量合成的作用时间,并详细分析了电压矢量的发送模式。该调制方案中,逆变器三相桥臂的每相电平变化关于半周期对称,便于计算机数字化实现。试验研究结果证实了所提出的调制方法的有效性。 Based on the particular disposition of all the redundant voltage vectors, a novel SVPWM strategy called semi-bipolar PWM pattern for the three-level neutral-point-clamped voltage source inverter is proposed. The new modulation approaeh shows superior performance for the harmonic voltage and the control of neutral-point poten- tial compared to the popular eight-stage centered SVPWM pattern. The feasibility of the proposed control approach has been verified via experiment results.
