眼针治疗缺血性中风SPECT-rCBF的临床研究

The Study and Observation about Ocular Acupuncture on Cerebral Infarction with Cerebral Blood Flow Perfusion Imaging

目的评价眼针治疗缺血性中风(脑梗死)的疗效机理。方法利用单光子发射断层扫描,观察了30例眼针治疗前后脑梗死患者的局部脑血流量变化。结果患者针刺前后病灶处局部的脑血流量对比有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论眼针疗法治疗脑梗死的疗效机理之一是增加患者的局部脑血流量,改善脑缺血状态。SPECT能更加准确、直观的反映脑部血流量的即时变化。
