摘要
目的以高分子新辅料(PHV)为愈风宁心巴布剂基质成分,确立其最佳成型工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法以PHV为基质成分,通过快粘力、剥离强度、内聚力、感官作为量化指标,优选出巴布剂基质最佳基质条件。结果最佳基质配比为A1B2C2D2,即基质配比为聚丙烯酸钠:PHV:PEG(200):甘油为4:5.0:1.0:7。结论高分子新辅料(PHV)性质稳定,符合巴布剂基质质量要求,巴布剂配方合理,方法简便易行。
Objective To filtrate the preparation techniques for allocating the matrix proportion of Yufengningxi Cataplasm with PHV. Method This study chooses the method of orthogonal design to filtrate the prescription of matrix through using adhesive force, adhesive strength, cohesive force and appearance as indices with PHV. Result The best matrix prescription is: Sodium Polyacrylate: PHV : Polyethylene glycol: Glycerin equal to 4 : 5.0 : 1.0 : 7. Conclusion We obtain the best Yufengningxi Cataplasm with the filtrated preparation techniques.
