摘要
Smad蛋自家族是近年来发现的新的细胞内信号转导蛋白,哺乳类中共发现了有8种不同的Smad蛋白,可分为3个不同的亚族:R-Smad、Co-Smad和I-Smad。Smad2和Smad3属于R-Smad,本文从Smad2和Smad3的结构、功能以及相关蛋白等多个方面探讨Smad2和Smad3在TGF-β1信号转导中的不同作用。
Smad protein family is a new kind of intracellular signal transduction protein, which has been found in recent years. Eight kinds of different Smad proteins have been found in mammals and were divided into three different sub - groups : R - Smad, Co - Smad and I - Smad. Smad2 and Smad3 belong to R - Smad. The present paper explored different roles of Smad2 and Smad3 in TGF - β1 signal transduetian in many aspects such as structure, function and related protein.
