摘要
近年来,随着我国人民生活水平不断提高,因为营养过剩和不平衡而导致的疾病越来越多,严重威胁着人们的健康甚至生命。营养与临床治疗和康复被认为是现代医疗模式的三大组成部分,在增进健康、促进病人康复过程中发挥重要作用。本文详细阐述了应用营养学的学科性质、营养知识在临床中的应用及应用营养学在我国的发展趋势,以期引起人们对这门学科的重视与关注,促进其不断发展。
In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, the diseases caused by over nutrition and out of balance have raised rapidly, which have seriously threatened people's health and lives. Nutrition, along with clinical cure and recovery is regarded as three main factors of modem medical model, which play an important role in improving people's health. The article system- atically describes the features of nutriology, the clinical application of nutritional knowledge and its developing trend in our country. The article aims to give rise to wide attention by more people on nutriology and improve its development constantly.
