郑汴洛三地旅游演出市场发展迅猛,主题各具特色。针对未来旅游演出市场开发创新的新形势,三地应进一步加强文化旅游产品开发的理论研究。要创新主题,进行差异化竞争。同时引入市场机制,创立品牌,积极探索适应旅游演出市场运作的人力资源培养模式。
With the development of tourism perform marketplace in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang of Henan province ,they also choose different subjects of tourism performance. In accordance with the new trend of tourism performance marketing, they should strengthen the theoretical study on cultural tourism product;inno- vate the theme and compete differentiation;introduce market mechanisms and create brand. At the same time, they also should explore the tourism market to adapt to the new human resources training model.
