摘要 制糖稀汁中含钙盐约270 mg/L,需除去以减少蒸发罐结垢并提高糖分回收率.研究了BK001树脂对稀糖汁脱钙的反应动力学和温度、pH及流速等工艺条件.结果表明,在实验条件下,BK001树脂对稀糖汁脱钙的最佳工艺条件为:温度80-90℃,pH6.0,流速2 BV/h.吸附反应受颗粒扩散控制,反应速率随料液浓度、温度的提高及树脂粒径减小而增加,表观活化能和反应级数分别为54.58 kJ/mol和1.079. The thin sugar juice contains calcium salts about 270 mg/L, which need to be removed to reduce the scale formation of an evaporating pot and raise the sugar recovery. The kinetics and technological conditions, such as temperature, pH and flow velocity, for decalcification of the thin sugar juice by BK001 resin were researched. The results show that the optimal technological conditions for decalcification of the thin sugar juice by BKO01 resin are as follows : temperature 80 ~C to 90 ~C , pH 6.0, and flow velocity 2 BV/h. The ad- sorption reaction is under the control of particle diffusion ; the reaction rate can be enhanced with the increases of concentration and temperature of the solution and with the decrease of the resin size ; and the apparent activation energy and the reaction order are respectively 54.58 kJ/mol and 1. 079.
