The stress calculation and stress check in respect to the structural design, pressure bearing analysis have been carried out for gear flange, tank flange and tank hoop of the gear mesh type quickopen door for medical hyperbaric chamber. The issues to be taken into consideration in the design of such equipment are also summarized.
