新三矿大跨距切眼桁架锚索支护试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采煤工作面轻放支架的应用迫使切眼满足大跨距的条件.常规的锚杆(索)支护不能满足大跨距切眼的支护要求.针对新三矿162403工作面切眼的大跨距厚层炭质泥岩顶板的地质条件,分析了桁架锚索支护原理及其与普通锚杆(索)支护原理的不同点;根据此原理,对切眼进行支护参数设计;通过对切眼巷道的表面位移、顶板离层的矿压观测进行支护效果检验,结果表明顶、底板移进量小于120mm,两帮移进量小于100mm,顶板未发生下沉,支护安全有效并取得了较好的经济和社会效益. The application of light hydraulic Conventional bolt (cable) support can not satisfy support and the differences between it and normal support in mine's working face requires cross roadway with a big span. the supporting requirement. This paper analyses principle of truss cable bolt (cable) support, designs the supporting parameters of 162403 coal face in Xinsan Mine with tress Cable support principle, which should satisfy the geotechnical condition that the roof of the big-span cross roadway is made of thick peat-bind. The supporting technique is proved to be secure and effective according to the monitor of displacement of surrounding rock and layer separation-the displacement between roof and floor is smaller than 120 mm, lateral displacement is smaller than 100 mm, there is no separation in roof terrain, which makes better economical and social effects.
