摘要
提出了将条码技术应用于模具的仓库管理上,可实现注塑车间中模具使用的信息化和自动化管理.围绕系统的开发,提出了一种铝箔铭牌条码标签简单可行的制作方法,解决了扫描器和单片机之间的接口电路,并且通过PIC汇编语言的编程,实现了单片机对扫描器所采集铝箔铭牌标签数据的接收和显示.对于系统今后的实际应用,也提出了进一步的设计方法.
It proposes the application of barcode technology in the storage management of the mold. The information and automated management of molds in the workshop can be realized. To develop the system, a simple facture of the aluminum foil nameplate, engraved with barcode labels, is put forward, and the problem of the interface circuit between the scanner and the single chip is solved. Moreover, through the PIC assembly language programming, receiving and displaying data of the aluminum foil nameplate label from the scanner are implemented. For the practical application of the system in the future, it also presents further design methods.
