超临界直流锅炉均匀荷载水冷壁支撑结构特性研究

摘要 对超临界直流锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁的均匀荷载支撑结构特性进行研究,建立温度传导特性模型,并运用有限元分析方法对变工况运行时水冷壁管与吊板之间的允许温差及热应力分布进行了分析,表明均匀荷载型水冷壁支撑结构对超临界直流锅炉快速启停的适应性,为提高直流锅炉变工况运行过程中的安全性能提供了数据支持。 Characteristics of uniform load type supporting structures for spiral water wall of supercritical once- through boilers were stu.died, while a temperature characteristic model built up, as well as allowable temperature difference and related thermal stress distribution between water-wall tube and supporting plate analyzed under variable working conditions using finite element analysis method. Results show that the uniform load type supporting structures can meet the fast start/stop requirement of supercritical once-through boilers, and therefore may serve as a reference for safety operation of such boilers working under variable conditions.
