Sealing Gland Retrofit for Flow Passage of Steam Turbines

摘要 针对国产引进型300 MW汽轮机经济性能未达设计要求、高压缸效率低的问题,提出了对通流部分汽封进行改进和更换新型调节级喷嘴的建议。经改造后测定,调节级效率大幅提高,高中压缸效率明显改善,机组的热耗率显著降低。 In order to solve the problem encountered by the domestic-manufactured licensed type 300 MW turbine, whose economy didn't reach the original design requirement, due to low efficiency of its high- pressure cylinder, suggestions by retrofitting the sealing gland at flow passage and applying new type nozzles at control stage were proposed. Measurement results made after retrofit show that the efficiency at control stage has been raised greatly, and at high- and medium-pressure stage raised obviously, while the thermal consumption of the whole unit reduced notably.
