摘要
平东热电有限公司210MW机组为国产首台旋转隔板调节供汽的大型抽凝机组,通过对供热机组纯凝汽工况和抽汽工况的热力特性分析和热力试验测试,分析了中压缸效率不高的原因,并提出了改造方案。
The 210 MW turbine unit of Pingdong Thermal Power Generation Co., Ltd. is the first domestic-manufactured extraction condensing turbine unit, of which the steam supply is controlled by rotary spacers. By comparing tl)ermodynamic characteristics of the heat supply unit respectively under pure condensing and extraction operating mode via thermodynamic tests, the reason, why the working efficiency of its medium-pressure cylinder is low, is analyzed. To solve above problems, corresponding retrofit schemes are proposed.
