摘要
结合邢钢5座高炉生产用料与烧结系统生产的平衡,探讨了多种高炉用料的平衡方式。认为加强入炉原料的管理、提高烧结矿碱度、降低球团矿的SiO2、在碱性料和酸性料的平衡问题上,高炉配加少量熔剂有利于高炉顺行和改善技术指标。
The balance mode with multi kinds of material for B.F. is discussed with production of B.F. and sintering system in Xing Steel as base. It is considered that it is beneficial to steady production of B. F. and improvement of its technical indexes to strength management of added - in - furnace raw material, raise basicity of sinter, reduce content of SiO2 in pellet, put in a little quantity of flux for balance between basic and acid materials.
