摘要
针对企业职工工作主动性差、劳动生产率低等问题,宣钢炼铁厂在企业内部改革的探索和实践中,引入竞争机制配置人力资源,使企业人力资源结构趋向合理化、科学化,生产经营水平大大提高。
Against the problems: the staff' s conscious activity is not so good and labor productivity is low, in Ironworks of Xuan Steel we introduce into competition and dispose human resource, promote the structure of human resource for more reasonable, scientific, and so greatly raise the level of production and managing.
