摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了纳米8wt%TiO2Al2O3复合粉体.考察了反应温度、溶液初始pH值、柠檬酸用量及分散剂等对平均粒径的影响规律,确定了优化工艺条件.合成粒子呈球形,粒径分布均匀,单分散性好,平均粒径为15nm,BET比表面积为140.6m2/g.
wt%TiO_2 Al_2O_3 Nanometric Particle is prepared by Sol Gel Method.By investigating the effects of reaction temperature,initial pH value,concentration of citric acid and dispersive agent on average size,the optimum conditions are obtained.The nanometric particle is spherical and has an uniform distribution for particle size and a well dispersion.Its average size is 15 nm and the BET specific surface area is 140.6m 2/g.
