扶风隔年核桃优树选择的研究

SELECTING PLUS TREES OF FUFENG EARLY-FRUITING WALNUT

用主要指标法选出西扶1号和西扶2号两株扶风隔年核桃优树,并对优树无性系后代进行测定,表明后代在产量、质量等方面都保持了母树早实、丰产、优质的遗传特性。制定选优标准时,应把产量放在第一位,出仁率放在第二位,同时可以出仁率代替壳厚度作为选优工作的简化措施。

Two plus trees of Fufeng walnut ( Juglans regia var. Fufeng ) , Xifu NO. 1 and Xifu NO. 2, were selected with the main index method and the clone progenys of them were determined. The results indicate that the progenys retain the maternal plant's genetic characteristics of early bearing, high yield and top quality. On the basis of statistical analysis it is proposed that in the course of selection greater importance should be attached to the nut output than to the rate of kernels. Meanwhile, a simplifying procedure is suggested that the shell thickness be replaced by the rate of kernels.
