摘要
研究了晶粒取向硅钢微组织和微织构的演变过程。研究发现了大量的高斯取向与{111}<112>取向有关。此外,发现了单晶的2种高斯取向晶粒都出现在冷轧阶段,并具有不同的一次再结晶行为。本研究从单晶实验中得到的结果,有助于工业生产解决高斯织构异常生长的问题。
The evolution processes of microstructure and microtexture of grain-oriented silicon steel were analyzed. It found that the Goss orientation was relationship with {111}〈112〉orientation. Moreover, two kinds of Goss orientation grain of single crystal were found at cold rolling stage and had different recrystallization behaviors. This conclusion can be help resolve the Goss texture abnormal problem during industry production.
