摘要
针对广州钢铁股份有限公司连轧线成品轧机之后的3^#飞剪在进行线速度超过15m/s的高速剪切时电机火花特别大的问题,分析得出其成因是短时间内大电流热效应的结果,通过将6RA70直流控制器电流环的反相电流限幅降低为额定电流的一125%,延长制动时间,最终杜绝了大火花的产生。
There was big spark phenomenon of motor of 3# flying shear at over 15m/s speed cutting, the cause was found out that it was heat effect of large current in short time. By setting the limit reversed-phase current at -125 % of rated current of 6RA70 DC controller and extending the brake time, the phenomenon was eliminated.
