马钢高线夹送辊夹持力和转矩限幅的设定分析

Analysis of Holding Force and Torque Limit Settings of the Pinch Roll in High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.

针对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司第三钢轧总厂线材生产线上由于1^#夹送辊的夹持力或转矩限幅设定不合理而导致轧件堆钢的问题，分析了夹送辊的受力情况，以及夹送辊在不同夹持力和转矩限幅下的工作状态，提出了夹送辊夹持力和转矩限幅的设定原则。

In view of stockage of piece during rolling for unreasonable setting of holding force and torque limit settings of pinch roll, the force of pinch roll was analyzed and the work situations of pinch roll under different holding force and torque limit were analyzed too. At last, the setting principle of both were put forward.
