HPLC法测定归龙筋骨宁片中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of the Contents of Ferulic Acid in Guilongjinguning Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立归龙筋骨宁片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用Luna C18（2）柱（4．6mm×250mm，5um），流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸（69：30：1），检测波长：320nm。结果：阿魏酸含量在16．4—328．0ug／mL范围内有良好的线性关系（1=0．9997），加样回收率为99．50％，RSD为0．8％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、快速、准确，可作为归龙筋骨宁片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。

Objective： To establish a method to determine the contents of femlic acid in Guilengjinguning Tablets by HPLC. Methods：HPLC conditions ：Luna C18（2）colunm（4. 6mm ID ×250mm,5um） was used. Three types of mixtures of methanol- water-acetic acid（69：30：1）as mobile phase and detection-wavelength was 320nm. Results：A good linearity was obtained in the range of 16. 4 - 328. 0ug/mL for ferulie acid. The linear equation was A = 68. 27C - 191.3 （γ = 0. 9997）. Conclusion ：The method is simple,rapid and accurate for determining the content of ferulic acid in Guilongjinguning Tablets.
