罗汉降糖颗粒对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂的影响

Effect of Luohan Jiangtang Granules on Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid of Diabetic Mice Model

目的:探讨罗汉降糖颗粒对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖的调节作用及其作用机制。方法:分别以100,250,500 mg.kg-1剂量的罗汉降糖颗粒连续30 d灌胃四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠,末次给药后眼眶取血测定血糖、血脂。结果:各剂量组均可降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的血糖(P<0.05),且以中剂量250 mg.kg-1的降糖作用最佳。②罗汉降糖颗粒可降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的TC、TG含量,提高HDL-C含量,有利于糖尿病小鼠血脂水平的恢复(P<0.05)。结论:罗汉降糖颗粒对糖尿病小鼠有明显的治疗作用,并改善血脂水平。

Objective： To study antidiaetic effect and mechanism of Luohan Jiangtang Granules （LJG） on diabetic mice induced by Alloxan. Methods：Alloxan -induced diabetic mice were fed with LJG at dose of 100,250,500 mg·kg^-1 respectively for 30 d. The blood glucose levels and the blood lipid levels were assayed after the last fedding. Results： （1）All of the groups could significantly lowered the fasting blood glucose and the hypoglycemic effect of LJG at dose of 250 mg·kg^-1 was the best. （2）LJG decreased the content of TC, TG and enhanced the content of HDL - C of alloxan induced diabetic mice, so it could restore the blood lipid levels of diabetic mice （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Luohan Jiangtang Granules（LJG） have obvious glucose -lowering effect and improving the blood lipid levels on hyperglycemic mice.
