摘要
为了预测太阳灶铝镜的实用寿命,在60±1℃和90%湿度条件下对27块工艺良好的铝镜太阳灶模拟样板作了3367h的湿热加速老化试验。样板镜面出现肉眼可辨的腐蚀点的时间比80年代早期对照样推迟了4倍,据此预测,工艺良好的太阳灶铝镜实用寿命可能达15年以上。实际考查中已发现实际使用12年仍能继续使用的太阳灶的两个实例。
?7 samples of simulated solar cooker have been tested by accelerated ageing experiments at temperature 60±1℃,humidity 90% for 3367 h to investigate the practical service life of Al/glass mirror assempled in solar cooler. The time when initial corrosion of Al film can be detected by naked eyes is four times as long as the old traditional samples. According to this result, the practical service life of Al/glass mirror can be expected as long as more than 15 years. In Gansu rural area, there are two solar cookers which have been used for 12 years, but their situation is still so good that they could be used continuously for a long time.
