摘要
本文介绍了玻璃纤维聚酯筋的原材料、生产工艺及物理力学性能,对玻璃纤维聚酯筋在混凝土中应用的综合性能和应用前景作了初步探讨。结果表明,该材料具有质轻、抗拉强度高、介电强度高等特点以及它优异的耐化学侵蚀性,且能与混凝土保持良好的结合特性。该材料具有良好的推广前景。
As a mew composit material, the manufacturing process、raw material、physical & mechanical characteristics of glass-fiber polyester REBAR are introduced in this article. The bond-strength of it with concrete is also determined by means of contrasting with steel bar.The result indicates this material presents many advantages in terms of lightness, resistance to corrosive agents, tensile strength & high bond strength with concrete. The wide prospect of application of glass-fiber composit bar in the concrete will be broadened.
