摘要
研究了在兰纳素系列染料染羊毛工艺中采用新型羊毛低温促染剂米勒兰LTD。结果显示:在米勒兰LTD用量为2%(owf)的最佳条件下,无须改变常规工艺,兰纳素染料对羊毛的染色温度可由常规98℃降到85℃;低温染色后羊毛毛条单色染色得色量、手感、牢度和拼色性能均达到或超过常规工艺水平。
The Lansol or Lansol CE dyeing wool technique using Mirlan LTD was studied. The results showed that the dyeing temperature could be reduced from 98 ℃ to 85℃ without changing the usual technique when dosage of Mirlan LTD was 2% （owf）. Compared with the usual Albgeal B technique, the dyeing properties such as color fastness and dye toning were not decreased. Also, the hand feeling of dyeing wool with Mirlan LTD was much better than that of using Albgeal B.
