竹材纤维及在毛纺产品中的应用

为了拓宽毛纺制品企业选用原料的范围,详细介绍了再生竹纤维(竹浆纤维)、原生竹纤维(竹原纤维)、竹炭纤维的结构、性能及加工方式。这3类竹材纤维在结构和性能上有较大区别。受加工方式的影响,竹材固有的一些优良性能是否能仍保留于所加工的纤维中有待进行深入研究。此外,还介绍了竹浆纤维、竹原纤维及竹炭纤维在毛纺产品开发中的应用情况,以期为企业研发新产品提供参考。

To broaden the selection scope of raw material for producer of wool textiles, this article defined the structure, properties and production process of bamboo-viscose fiber, bamboo fiber, and bamboo-charcoal fiber. There are great differences in the structure and property between these fibers. It is required to carry out in-depth study on whether bamboo＇s inherent good properties can be still retained after processing. Moreover, the article introduced the application of bamboo-viscose fiber, bamboo fiber and bamboo-charcoal fiber in wool product, in hope that it may provide a reference for the development of new wool products.
