一种新型可编程控制器研制

摘要 复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)以其运算速度快、编程方便等优点得到了广泛的应用。本设计采用CPLD为核心,设计了28输入/24输出数字逻辑可编程控制器。通过外围电路的设计、硬件描述语言编程和程序下载等实验,制作了一种新式可编程控制器。可以应用自顶向下设计方法设计复杂的系统工程,实现在系统编程,满足一般的工业现场控制要求,并且在程序执行速度和性价比上远优于现有可编程控制器(PLC),具有使用和进一步开发价值。 As the complex programmable logic device (CPLD) has the advantages of high speed and convenient programming,it is used broadly. This design realizes a digital logic programmable controller with 28 input/24 output, using CPLD as its core. Through the external circuit designing, programming by hardware description languages and downloading the experimental procedure, the production of a new programmable logic controller is finished. It can be used top-down design methodology to make complex systems engineering, realize implementation in system programming to meet the general industrial field control requirements. And the procedures for the implementation of the speed and cost-effective up are much better than the existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), with the value of applying and further development.
