摘要
设计了一种基于MSP430处理器的温控系统,介绍了系统主要硬件,重点介绍了温度控制系统及其算法的实现,这里采用的是史密斯-模糊自调整PID控制系统,该系统通过对传统的史密斯预估器进行改良,将该模糊自调整PID控制器引入史密斯控制系统中,模糊自调整控制器取代原系统的控制器而形成,该系统对纯滞后、参数时变的系统有很好的控制作用,同时具有控制精度高,响应快,稳定性、实时性好等优点。
Based on MSP430 processor, a temperature control system is designed, then the main hardware and more important the method to implement temperature control system is introduced. Smith-self-adjust fuzzy PID-controller is introduced to improve traditional Smith estimating controller, original system controller is replaced by self-adjust fuzzy PID-controller. In this way, the system has satisfactory control effects for pure hysteresis and parameters time-varying systems, and high accuracy, rapid respond, good real-time capability and good stability performance.
