摘要
在搭建并联式ISG混合动力电动汽车(HEV)的试验台架之前,为确定优化的电机和电池参数,制定合理的控制策略,需要对HEV系统进行建模仿真。因此,基于Simulink建立了ISGHEV的整车模型,在分析其工作模式的基础上,提出了适合于城市工况使用条件的基于逻辑门限值的瞬时优化控制策略。仿真结果表明,所采用的控制策略能够提高整车燃油经济性,降低排放;得到优化的系统参数,为搭建样车试验台架奠定了基础。
To obtain optimized motor and battery parameters and develop rational control strategy before setting up a parallel ISG hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) test bench, modeling and simulation are necessary for HEV system. Thus, an ISG HEV vehicle model is set up based on Simulink in the paper. A real time optimization control strategy based on logic threshold is proposed, which is suitable for urban Cycle on the basis of analyzing its operation mode. Simulation results indicate that the adopted control strategy can improve fuel economy and lower emissions. Also it can obtain optimal system parameters and provide a basis for setting up vehicle test bench.
