摘要
基于"物理-事理-人理"(WSR)方法论,考虑输送能力、列车速度、车辆运用、经济效益、服务质量等因素,建立快捷货物列车开行方案评价指标体系,采用二级模糊综合评价模型进行评价。最后通过算例验证方法的可行性。
Based on WSR, evaluation index system is established with considering the factors of conveying capacity, train speed, car operation, economic benefit and service quality, in order to evaluate the express freight train running plan by using the secondary fuzzy integrated evaluation model. In the end, the availability of the method is validated by an example.
