在农村公路建设过程中,取得成绩的同时,也出现一系列的问题,这些问题在一定程度上妨碍农村公路的发展。为解决此类问题,对陕渝两地进行调研,并对农村公路建设中的相关环节进行对比,从中发现差距,并借鉴陕西的先进经验,对重庆农村公路改造提供一些新的发展思路,从而实现其"又快又好"的发展。
