摘要
直接凝固注模成型是瑞士苏黎世联邦高等工业学院L.J.Gauckler实验室发明的一项新的成型技术,具有素坯密度高、密度均匀、坯体收缩和形变极小等优点,特别适用于大尺寸、复杂形状的陶瓷部件的成型,有广阔的应用前景.本文着重介绍了直接凝固注模成型的基本原理和技术关键.
Direct Coagulation Casting (DCC) is a near net shape forming technique for complex shapedceramic green bodies with high quality and homogeneity. Double layer stabilized concentratedceramic suspensions airs solidified by shifting the suspensions pH towards the isoelectric pointusing the in situ enzyme-catalyzed reaction, which minimizes the repulsive forces between thesuspended paxticles. The remaining, attractive Van der Waals forces form a stiff, wet green body.One of the most important process in DCC is preparing the ceramic suspension with high solidsloading (>55vol% ) and low viscosity, the other key technique is controlling the enzyme-catalyzedreaction.
