Preparation of ZnO Doped PbTiO_3 Ceramics by Sol-Gel Method

摘要 用Sol-Gel法制备了ZnO掺杂PbTiO_3铁电陶瓷,测定了密度和介电性能。结果表明,用Sol-Gel法制得的ZnO掺杂PbTiO_3铁电陶瓷纯度高、致密度好,并具有良好的介电性能。 ZnO doped PbTiO_3 ferroelectric bulk ceramic are prepared by the Sol-Gel method. Measurements of their density and dielectric property show these ceramics are very pure and dense while they have good dielectric property.
