摘要
以TiCl4,BaCl2-2N2O,KOH,NaOH为原料,在pH值10~12、反应温度60~150℃、压力0.1~0.35MPa、反应时间1~4h下经凝胶-结晶转变会成钛酸钡,经有关厂家进行了半导化试验,产物借助于XRD,TEM及化学分析,证明产物达到纳米级钛酸钡水平.
A Methed of synthesis BaTiO3 through gel-to-crystallite conversion from TiCl4, BaCl2.2H2O,NaOH, KOH rcactants at pH=10-12, 60-150℃,14 h,0.1-0.25 MPa was conducted. The products were detected through semi-conducting experiment, and were investigated by means of XRD. TEM and chemical analysis. The results show that the product wer high quility semi-conductor material with nanometer size.
