摘要
研究了(Sr,Pb)TiO3陶瓷的不同半导特性和微观结构的相互关系。研究表明,微观结构均匀,则半导性能不良,而微观结构不均匀,半导性能良好。通过XRD、EDS、EPAM等手段对两类试样进行相结构、晶体结构、化学成分等分析。结果表明,两者的相结构和晶体结构相同,大小晶粒的化学成分略有差别,但化学成分的差别不是导致材料半导性能变化的主要原因。作者认为,烧结过程中部分晶粒的异常生长形成大晶粒,大大减少了材料单位体积内的晶粒和晶界数量,降低了晶界电阻,也就大大降低了材料电阻,提高了材料的半导性。
Abstract The relationship between the semiconductive properties and microstructure of(Sr,Pb)TiO_3 ceramics was studied.It was found that for the inhomogeneous microstructure the semiconductive properties were better than that of uniform microstructure.The analysis of phase,crystal structure and composition were made by means of XRD,EDS,EPMA.The results showed that both had the same phase and cryst
